I don’t have email . Canceled months ago. Why am I being charged?
Cancelled my business email months ago. Talked to someone from your business when o cancelled and he said it was closed.
I cant even access it. Im still being charged.
Dont understand. Also why is it so hard to get someone on phone.

It won't let me log in to my admin account at all. I've been trying everything and every way to log in, and I have no luck getting it. I don't know what to do, honestly.

We have been experiencing ongoing issues with our Google Workspace account that have not been resolved despite multiple attempts to contact support. Our organization should be enrolled under Google for Nonprofits, but our account is currently being billed at business ratesabout $800 per monthwhich is a significant and inappropriate charge for our nonprofit status.
We have reached out to support numerous times through the chat system and were repeatedly transferred from one representative to another with no consistent communication.
Each time, we had to restate the entire issue, which was both time-consuming and unproductive. Eventually, we were told by a supervisor that the matter would be corrected, but there has been no follow-up or change to our account.
We are requesting immediate review and correction of our account classification to reflect our nonprofit status and the prompt reversal of any incorrect billing charges.

It has been a nightmare to contact anyone that can help me resolve my issues. None of the automated answers to my questions were helpful.
There is no technical support for the Google Workspace email program. My emails show sent, but my clients are not receiving them. I have tried for hours to find a solution on their website, but have not found any working solutions.
There is no live technical support offered for this service, which leaves me with no solutions for my problems.

The person that we hired to set up our workplace account is no longer available for contact or assistance. I assume that he is our administrator as I cannot log into my workplace administrator account console to make needed adjustments.
Some of my clients are not receiving emails, which is costing my business money. I have spent hours trying to determine who is the administrator and I cannot find any help through their website, and there is absolutely no way to contact a person for assistance unless you want to purchase a new account from them.
Cancel Google Gsuite
I have been trying to cancel the Google G Suite since June. I cannot access my account since the site has been deactivated and cannot access through the admin logon.
I need this automated billing to stop immediately. Do not bill any further charges to my credit card!

Nothing happened. It's possible that Google hung up on me. I got banned on YouTube for clicking a video game walkthrough.

Although I called Google directly, only the AI gave unintelligible answers. I googled Google Workspace experts near me.
None were nearby.
Those Google Help articles were dated. Quite frustrating.
My primary frustration stems from the lack of effective support available. The Google self-help articles are often contradictory, and the AI customer service directions are not tailored to my specific situation.
Furthermore, it has been impossible to speak with a human representative who understands the complexity of my problem through the Google customer service numbers I've found online.
Specifically, my admin console has an email address that is not sending or receiving business emails, despite my diligent efforts to follow directions for redirecting MX and DNS records from my host.
A significant amount of my time as a business person has been wasted trying to navigate this tangled path to a solution. I've spent a week researching through a maze of contradictory Google self-help articles and ineffective AI directions.
Google needs to do better in providing clear, consistent information and accessible, knowledgeable human support.

I was subscribed to the Google Admin console/domain. From there, I paid around £10; this slowly increased over the year, which is typical.
Yet, if you start the subscription now as a new user, it's cheaper, which makes no sense after being with them for over a year. Anyway, I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account, but they have now proceeded to take the payment today. There is no way I can contact the Workspace team, as you require a special code or section to go to in the domain. Bear in mind, I have tried to reopen the account, and it still won't allow it.
It looks like I'm not getting my £14 back for an unused service that was wrongly taken out of my bank! Never get anything with Google, or you will pull your teeth out trying to get in contact!
