I have been receiving various emails from Google workspace. In the form of Bitcoin bonus. Me being the dummy that I am believe that if it was coming from Google workspace then it had to be legit. I was receiving so many of them and notifications that it would expire...

Billing for our Volunteer Rescue Squad

We have been billed for 2 years for goggle email for our small Volunteer Rescue Squad. We are 501c3 nonprofit and we just cant afford this service

User's recommendation: No, from my understanding 501c3 companies are not to be charged.

Terrible Service. Terrible Products. Terrible Business.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. It has been 4 WEEKS of trying to deal with BS customer service from Google Workspace. 4 WEEKS of my small business not making profit, but paying google for these services. Half the emails they reply to me with aren't even English sentences. They have NO idea what they are doing. You're better off using a different service provider for your business. I will NEVER trust Workspace or google for literally anything in my business every again.

User's recommendation: Do yourself a favor a use a different company.

Email from domain

How can i use domain emails to our query form so we can get queries from our website, i contact to hosting provider they said we have issue in third party so we have to contact to Work Space(Main Issue is: the mail drop on website can't receive to workspace email i have created)

I have an issue in Business mail that i can receive other mail to business email from domain but can't receive any mail from website(like form filling query)

I have a personal domain. Since it is not a gmail.com extension, I have automatically been grouped in as a business account. Consequently, I have been locked out of my personal email and they want me to pay to use my personal account. With the account locked out, I cannot get in to contact support for workspaces, something I never signed up for.
